DAY 283 & 284

I left TLC yesterday at 2:30 and headed to Seymour. Rick was having another good day, he was tired from having his baclofen pump bumped up and needed a nap, but other than that he was doing pretty good. I ate lunch with Riley today and went to Cade's Easter egg hunt. We got back to Lubbock at 6:30 and Rick was eating supper...said he had a good day, and was happy to see us. One of the techs made the kids some confetti eggs and they got into those, and went after everyone, including each other. After cleaning up that mess, Rick took a shower and went to bed. Since tomorrow is Good Friday there will not be any therapy.

Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread and praising God, gave thanks and asked Him to bless it to their use, and when he had broken it, he gave it to the disciples and said, Take, eat; this is My body. And He took a cup, and when He had given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, Drink of it, all of you; For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is being poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. Matthew 26:26-28

Please include Rick's uncle Bobby Cochran in your prayers. He is having heart problems that will hopefully be addressed tomorrow.

Love,
Crystal

  2. Crystal,
Hope you all have a big time this weekend!
Be safe and blessed in Jesus name. Enjoy Good Friday. Johnnie Barrier asked last week when Good Friday was and I had to remind him, at his age all Fridays are good! God Bless, later, Rick
