Day 107 by Sherry

Yes, it is me again!! Hopefully Crystal will be back soon!

I talked to Crystal earlier. She and Julie(her mother) were eating supper while Rick had a shower. Rick will be moved to Pate Ranch near McKinney tomorrow morning around 10:30am. Pate has their own transportation van which will pick up Rick for a 45 minute ride. Crystal and Julie will follow them. Pray Rick has a smooth transition to Pate Ranch on his way road to recovery!!
Rick had a great weekend. He also had a full day of therapy today. He will not have any therapy due to the move. I know tomorrow will be very emotional and a little scary.
Riley and Cade spent the weekend in Guthrie with Jody. Sammy took them out to the ranch on Sat afternoon. Crystal said that Riley told her, "Everybody in Guthrie still loves us!!" Isn't that sweet!! What great friends you all are to the Kieschnicks !!
I know Crystal will have the address to Pate Ranch ASAP.
God bless you all!!

  1. Sherry,
It's just about time you filled in one more time! Some of us have to have that update and if you will think back we have already prayed for a smooth transtition for Rick from one to the other! ( I personally don't think it hurts to pray more than once!) Now, that being said let's carry on, if you would agree with me, You know there is power in agreement!
Father we come before you with praise and thanksgiving and Father we thank you for the work you have done in Rick and Father we thank you for the works to come. Father we pray for a smooth transition and that Rick will be as well taken care of there as in Baylor. Lord we pray that everyone gives Rick the care and attention that he needs to continue his healing process. Father we thank you for Rick's accellerated healing and that he will continue to exceed the expections of the professionals and we'll give you the praise and the glory forever and ever, and all of God's children said Amen and Amen, thank you Sherry for your help with the blog, God Bless America, later, Rick

Thanks for the update! We were beginning to wonder what is going on. Checking on Rick and Crystal has become part of our nightly routine. I appreciate the news about the move.
