FAITH IS BEING SURE OF WHAT WE HOPE FOR AND CERTAIN OF WHAT WE DO NOT SEE. HEBREWS 11:1

We have lived in Lubbock for 9 MONTHS! Can you believe that? I can't...and I am so ready to get home. Seymour, TX never looked so good! I will dearly miss Laura and Lyssa...it would have been really sad to go home every evening to an empty hotel room or apt. Laura has so many connections in Lubbock...whether I needed a mechanic or a lawyer, she knew who to call. I will miss everyone at TLC. Such a great group of people. Rick just asked me, "can we go home now? right now?" Bless his heart...still not sleeping and his give-a-shitter is just broke. But, we'll fix it with our own brand of TLC.

What will we do while we're in Seymour? Well, I only have about 5,000 thank you cards to write! I wrote a few when Rick was first hurt, but then it just got to be too hard to keep up with. So, that will keep me busy and it will also be great for Rick to know who all did what while he was still too out of it to know anything. We will start out patient rehab at the Seymour Hospital until I can get things set up with NT Rehab and already have our first session scheduled for Friday morning at 11 o'clock.

Our prayers are needed for Blake Brazil now more than ever. He has hit a rough patch. His lungs have collapsed and his temp is spiking. Please pray for God's mercy and healing to be over this family.

Love,
Crystal

  1. Crystal,
Let's pray, Father we come before you with praise and thanksgiving. Father we lift Blake Brazil before you and Lord we pray that you perform a miracle in his body. Father heal his brain, his nerves, his circulatory system, and everything I can't or don't think of! Father touch his body and heal him from head to toe in the name of Jesus! Lord we thank you for the work you have done in Rick and we thank you for a finished work in him with the evidence he exhibits in his physical actions. Lord be with all the families, comfort and give confidence to the Brazils and guide the Kieschnicks through the next few months. Father we thank you for all you've done and we thank you in advance for everything you will do, in Jesus name we pray. God Bless America!
Amen, later, in His Love, Rick

  2. Crystal,
Don't bother with thank you notes!! Nobody expects that! We're all just glad to have you and Rick home for a while. Please call if I can do anything. AND we can't wait to see Rick whenever it's convenient for y'all! Praying for you all and Blake as well.
    Love,
    Kelly, Reno, Alyssa and Morgan
