DAY 322 & 323

Mother's Day was great...the kids gave me their homemade gifts and they were very sweet...a flower in a can and picture of Rick in a snowglobe...what else could a mom want? Rick wasn't feeling up for church so we watched tv and ate...like usual. When he laid down for his nap the kids and I ran some errands and packed. I got back from Seymour this morning. Rick had a few therapies this morning and then he had his baclofen pump refilled this afternoon. He had a shower eval this evening. He doesn't need hardly any help taking his shower, just help getting in and out of the shower. When we got to TLC in January, he could barely wash anything. His left arm and shoulder are loosening up, too and that's a great sign.

We had a visit at supper time from Rhonda Reynolds McClellan. She grew up in Vernon. Rick didn't recognize her until she said her name and then he knew who she was. I'm so glad she came by. We had a great visit with her.

Please keep praying for Rick's healing. God can do this, and I will keep knocking at the door until does...love always hopes.

Love,
Crystal

  1. Crystal,
Remember, about 300 or so days ago, I quoted a scripture to you? I can't remember exactly, but something like this, I will not die, but live and proclaim the works of the Lord! He's still working, it's a done deal, Rick is getting better everyday and he is going to be a 100% again in the name of Jesus!!
God Bless us all, later, in His love, Rick
