DAY 238

Rick had one of the worst days he's had in a long time...just not feelin' it today. I'm sure it's the new seizure medicine...it's just going to take some time for his body to adjust to it. We did, however, have a great Valentine's Day. The kids had money from mom to get a v-day present for us, but they needed a driver to Target. I got them there, but had to close my eyes and wait for them to pick out the gift...a chocolate rose and a martini glass...interesting. I asked Riley, "What am I gonna drink in that glass?" And she said, "I've seen on TV where they put water and olives in glasses like that." LOL! We also had a wonderful dinner brought up by Lyssa and Laura...steak, baked potato, mushrooms, salad, chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake...ya boy! It was good!

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

Love,
Crystal

  2. Crystal,
Sorry to hear that Rick had a bad day, I know that is very frustrating, given the fact that he has been improving so well. Just a speed bump, remember, keep your eyes on the prize!! Everything except God's word is a lie from the pit. Keep believing that Rick is healed and completely restored, it is going to happen. God Bless you all, later, Rick
